Shipping Policy

 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 weeks (excludes weekends and holidays)  after the date of purchase. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Client will need to reach out for any update. We will do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Reminder: ALL ORDERS ARE CUSTOM ORDERS.

 Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on shipping method selected  and destinations. Once you order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. 

Please note that shipping to international destinations may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or missing items, please contact us at @ ecreationssinfo@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. We can only make changes if the order has not yet been processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen or damaged during transit, please file a claim immediately with the shipping carrier.

 Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds on items.
